Lawrence Gibbons is the Operating Partner at Poundtown Burgers, where he oversees daily operations and leads strategic initiatives to support the brand’s continued growth. He plays a key role in scaling the company’s footprint while maintaining a consistent standard of quality and guest experience across all locations. Lawrence is committed to operational excellence and long-term brand development as Poundtown Burgers expands throughout the region.

As the first franchise operator of Poundtown Burgers in Syracuse, NY, Andrew McDermott is dedicated to setting a new standard for the local dining scene. Building on the vision of founding members Randall Hon and Lawrence Jariel, he works to combine hard work, quality, and community. Inspired every day by his partner, Allison, and their twin boys, Luka and Logan, Andrew strives to deliver unmatched service and the highest-quality ingredients to every guest.
